The 2024 Red Blend is made from 47.5% Grenache, 47.5% Mourvedre, and 5% Clairette Blanche. All the grapes are sourced by my father & brother at Martian Ranch and got co-fermented to build texture early on. It aged for 10 months in neutral oak and has notes of strawberries, blackberries, & gamey meat, with a floral and acidic finish to it. This wine would pair perfectly with rich, savory meats, wood-fired foods, and charcuterie boards.
