The 2023 Red Blend is made from 50% Syrah, 45% Grenache, and 5% Clairette Blanche. All the grapes are sourced by my father & brother at Martian Ranch. It aged for 10 months in neutral oak and has notes of spice, pepper, dark fruit, and a floral finish to it. This wine pairs nicely with savory, herb crusted meats, and roasted vegetables.
